Bearded Theory has firmly established itself over 5 years as the first ‘proper’ festival of the season. It takes place at in the stunning surroundings of National Trust property Kedleston Hall, 5 miles Northwest of Derby city centre, between Friday 13th and Sunday 15th May 2011.
The festival will see over one hundred bands and DJs perform over seven stages. The 850 acre site will feature a new stage called The Drop Inn, a new Magical Sounds Chill Out Dome, site artwork, showers, craft village, huge children village, real ale/cider bars, world foods and much more. Live in vehicle facilities have also been dramatically improved, with all ticket holders being given free shower tokens.
Please note: All guests including competition winners, are required to pay a £30 charity donation (1 donation per family, not per person) on arrival at the festival. 100% of this donation goes directly to the festival's chosen charity – this year it is Derby Youth Charity, the Drop Inn. http://www.thedropinn.org/
